The Commission may vote to meet in Executive Session in accordance with A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(2), (3) and (4) for the purpose of discussing records exempt by law from public inspection and discussing and consulting with legal counsel for legal advice in order to consider its position and to instruct legal counsel regarding the Commission’s position concerning the Department’s response to an archeological disturbance during a construction project on Department property.
